1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item was purchased directly from our official website
The request is made within 30 days of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The item is in resellable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used personal care tools unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used nail art tools
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number
Include clear photos of the product and packaging
After review, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Glamne is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
